How Do I Place An Order?
When you have found the product you want to buy you click on add to card. Now you are redirected to the checkout. Also, you can click on “view card” in the top right corner. Next, click on go to checkout and follow the instructions.
After you made the payment, we send you an email to confirm your order.
Finally, when the order is packed you will receive an email with tracking information.
Important: the products in your card are not reserved.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
At Helium Hotspot Store, we provide the following payment methods:
- Creditcard (Maestro, MasterCard, VISA)
- Apple Pay
- After Pay (trough Klarna)
- Pay in installments (trough Klarna)
- KBC Payment Button
- Belfius Direct Net
- Carte Bancaires
It is possible that our payment provider Mollie or partners like Klarna will decline some of the payment methods mentioned above.
We want to kindly ask you to use another payment method when the prefered option is not working.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact the customer service.
Important: You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Please be aware of the following:
- The option “cancel order” is available for a short period of time. You may use this option before your order is packed.
- If you cancel an order is it not possible to turn it back around. What you can do is placing a new order.
- When you have placed an order it is not possible to change the delivery adress. Therefor we kindly ask you to cancel the order and make a new order with the correct delivery adress.
How Can I Find My Invoice?
We send the invoice to your email adress.

When your order has reached the order value of 99,00 EUR your order will be delivered cost free.
Important: The order value is calculated without shipping cost.

How Can I Track My Package?
When your package has left our warehouse, we send an email with the track & trace of your order.
I Have Entered The Wrong Delivery Address, Can I Change It?
The delivery adress can only be changed at the forwarder. You can do this using the email with the enclosed Track&Tracé or look in your account.
Isn’t your order packed yet, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct adress.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Important: Some national carriers use regional carriers to deliver your package. When this happens, your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier website.
What Is The Best Miner Setup?
When you are going to optimize your Helium Miner you can choose from multiple setups. If your want to get the most out of your Helium Miner we advise you to install a new Di-Pole antenna with FLARM-Booster and Cavity Filter. When you choose this setup you will get the best signals to your Helium Miner which will increase your earnings.
When you install the products make sure your FLARM-Booster is as close as possible to your antenna. This means you will get the following order: Antenna -> Cavity filter -> FLARM-Booster -> Helium Miner.
How To Install My Product(s)?
All Helium Miner products are easy to install and ready to go when you deliver them. All products can easily be mounted on the Helium Miner or antenna cables.
Some Helium Miners have other connections for the antenna cable, always check your connection when your connection is different check our accessories page for installation connectors.
All our products are delivered with installation tips and instructions but if you want more information check our product pages or Community.
What Is The Best Way To Optimize My Helium Miner?
As we said before, if you want to get the most out of your Helium Miner we will advise you to change your antenna and add a FLARM-Booster and Cavity Filter.
If you decide you want to optimize with only one product we advise you to add a FLARM-Booster to your Helium Miner setup. The FLARM-Booster is the best product to optimize your Helium Miner.
What Is The Best Spot To Place The FLARM-Booster?
For optimal performance it is recommended to place the FLARM-Booster as close as possible to the antenna. If you use this in combination with the Cavity filter the best placement is as follows: Antenna –> Cavity filter > FLARM-Booster –> Helium Miner.
What Is The Best Spot To Place The Cavity Filter?
We recommend to place the cavity filter directly on your Helium Antenna. If you use this in combination with an Lightning Arrester you place the Arrester directly on the antenna and then commes the Cavity filter.
Do I Need A Lightning Arrester
If you want to avoid burning your miner it is very well recommended to use a lightning arrestor. It will not only protect your house from damage but it prevents signals getting distorted which will result in more earnings. This because some weather types are loaded with electricity which will be caught by your antenna. This extra voltage is now trapped in your miner and will most likely burn your miner.
Is My Product Resistant For Outdoor Usage?
Generally the products for outdoor usage have an N-type connectors and products for indoor usage generally have SMA-type connectors. If you want to be sure if your product is water proof please look in the product specifications.
How To Connect 2 Or More Hotspots To 1 Antenna?
It is possible to connect multiple Miners to the same Antenna. This is simply done with a splitter (Antenna –> splitter –> both miners). If you use a cavity you place it between the Antenna and splitter. If you use a FLARM-Booster aswell you you can place this on either side of the splitter but always after the Cavity filter from the Antenna point of view.
Important: Please check the connector types before buying a splitter and be sure that everything fits. If you need help with this feel free to leave a message.
Warranty & Repair
For all our products you have 2 years warranty. When your product has a problem in the first 2 years that can’t be your fault we will deliver a new replacement product.
Your invoice is your proof of warranty. Always save your invoice for warranty.
How Does A Repair Work?
When a product needs a repair you can contact customer service to schedule the repair. When customer service knows what the problem is they will tell you where to send the product. When it arrives at our warehouse we mostly repair products within 1 week. After this week we will send the product back to your address.
When your product needs a repair that does not qualify for the warranty rules you need to pay for the repair. When the product is repaired within the warranty we will cover the repair expenses.
How Long Does It Take To Repair My Product?
We always try to do your repair as fast as possible. Mostly we can send you a new product within a few days with a maximum of 1 week.

All orders are returnable cost free if the total order value has reached the requirements for free shipping.
The return cost depends on your location, please check your local delivery service or for example DHL for the current prices.
After a package has arrived at our warehouse the technical department will check the products. After a fast checkup, the return will be under review. After a decision from the technical department, we will accept or decline the return. When the return is accepted we will deposit your money. The total process can take up to 2 weeks.
